Connect to the real you with 10 questions. A lot of clients seek out hypnotherapy because they are down but cannot say exactly why. From the feeling everything is wrong, everything is right and all things in between. It can be hard to see the wood for the trees. We all have our ways of avoiding the things that we don’t want to face. You might eat, drink, smoke, shop, watch TV or go online, too much. What payback are you getting from these habits?

Fear of failing and avoiding challenges is very limiting. What limits are you putting on yourself?
8. Who/ what am I currently tolerating in my life?
Decluttering doesn’t begin and end with your home. It’s also to do with your mind and emotions. Make a list of the things that you’re currently tolerating. Is it your job? Partner? An unhealthy friendship? What do you wish was gone from your life? What advice would you give to a friend with these issues? Let go or be Dragged.
9. What would I tell my younger self?
I’ve seen this a lot of social media and people share a lot of very profound or funny replies. But what would you tell yourself? Would you do more of the things that make you happy?
10. What does my perfect day look like?
Imagine your perfect day and be as creative as you like. How can you start to make it more of a reality? Are their parts of it you can start doing right away?
