Insomnia

My life was a mess as I was always tired and running on ridiculously low energy due to lack of sleep. Over the years I built up some weird anxiety regarding my sleep time, to the point I was actually afraid going to bed. Someone recommended Janet to me. I was very open minded and willing to try anything, despite never going through hypnotherapy before. At my first session I was almost crying, but so relieved to get hope that I can actually “ fix” my pronlems. I almost can’t believe how much I've changed. Janet helped me get more confident and relaxed. Massive dramas don’t exist anymore in my life and I have strength to approach my problems with logic rather then random emotions.
