Insomnia

My life was a mess as I was always tired and running on ridiculously low energy due to lack of sleep. Over the years I built up some weird anxiety regarding my sleep time, to the point I was actually afraid going to bed. Someone recommended Janet to me. I was very open minded and willing to try anything, despite never going through hypnotherapy before. At my first session I was almost crying, but so relieved to get hope that I can actually “ fix” my pronlems. I almost can’t believe how much I've changed. Janet helped me get more confident and relaxed. Massive dramas don’t exist anymore in my life and I have strength to approach my problems with logic rather then random emotions. Thanks to that, my sleep pattern got better and am not afraid anymore.  Janet is an extremely kind, warm hearted, and understanding person.
